1. **Lesson Schedule**:

   - Lessons take place on a weekly basis during the state school term.

2. **Payment Terms**:

   - Payment must be made in advance on a half-termly basis, as recommended by the Independent Society of Musicians.

   - All fees are non-refundable.

 

3. **Rescheduling and Cancellations**:

   - Lessons cannot be rescheduled. However, if attending in person is not possible, online lessons are available as an alternative.

   - In the event that I am unable to conduct a lesson, I will offer a credit lesson or arrange a catch-up lesson at a mutually convenient time.

 

4. **Illness Policy**:

   - If a student has an infectious illness but is still able to participate, an online lesson will be arranged.

   - Should the student be too unwell to attend, I will attempt to reschedule the lesson before the next holiday period, though this cannot be guaranteed.

 

5. **Notice Period**:

   - A notice period of one month, or payment equivalent to one month's lessons, is required for discontinuing lessons.

 

6. **Flexible Payment for Adults**:

   - Adults who can attend lessons during designated weekday mornings/early afternoon can book block of 4 lessons.​​​​​

7.**Rescheduling and Cancellation for Adults lessons

If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please notify as soon as possible. To qualify for a makeup lesson, you must inform at least 24 hours in advance otherwise full payment will still be required.
